Need a side dish to go with your asian cuisine? I usually like to throw together something simple and tasty and thought I'd share some of those with you. Just toss all ingredients in to pan, saute together and enjoy!
Butter Spinach and Corn
ButterSpinach- choppedfrozen or canned cornsalt & pepper
Butter
Spinach- chopped
frozen or canned corn
salt & pepper
Super Simple Cabbage
Chopped Cabbage
Chicken Bouillon- a good sprinkle
Rice wine- about 1 tbsp
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Korean Cucumber salad:
Cucumber
Green onions (optional)
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
Rice Vinegar
Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
Sugar
Sesame Seeds
Garlic Chinese Baby Spinach
Garlic- 2 cloves-choppedChinese baby spinach -Washed and Cut in large pieces or left whole
Soy sauce -2 Tbsp
Chicken (or vegetable) stock- 1/4 cup
Salt (to taste)
Rice Wine- 1 Tbsp
