I was first introduced to this dish at a local coffee shop by a friend and since then, I was hooked.
Salmon and cream cheese is such a great combination on toasted bread and any version of that usually makes my mouth happy. I've made it one of my "I feel like something special" lunches, without all the added effort.
Ingredient:
Mini Bagels
Cream cheese spread (I used a version with chives)
Sliced smoked salmon
Capers
Lemon juice
Sliced red onion
Directions:
Toast mini bagel halves
Spread with cream cheese
Place a thin layer of salmon on top
Squeeze a little lime juice on salmon
Garnish with capers and onion
Enjoy!
